This is a very cute and helpful little book that certainly points out things that need to be addressed by men. The book is good and it worth to have it as a good reference but it does not come as a "very good" used book.. Plain and simple this book was tedious to read. It is very well researched through interviews and original documents and is unlikely to be surpassed as a biography. If anything, the problem has grown worse. But I found this a far superior story. One may have forgotten that this text contains fundamental material that is required in many(all) engineering programs. Doesn't contain everything like the full tables but is much more affordable.. In this book, Brunton attempts to answer the age old questions, "What is the nature of "Reality" and the relationship of mind, body and the world". Of the 358 recipes and recipe variations in the book, 332 are also free of yeast, 348 are also free of sugar (most of the desserts are fruit-sweetened), 261 are also free of all grains,
