Editorial :

By the way, I could read some books recommended by Ritz, and I can say that the autor have the very reason recommending those tittles.
I recommended the book to my friends, and recommend it to all of you, because it is one that devote to the every day tasks of the CM, one book that let you to research the way you have to apply the principles stated by the autor. Supremely satisfying for those in the Lovecraftian know but totally accessible to readers who can't tell a shoggoth from a shih tzu and just want an interesting mystery.

As a bonus this is one of the more physically beautiful paperbacks I've had the pleasure of reading, with a great cover and some really neat interior design work.. We used the book so often it became worn out in a few years.
The book begins with an explanation of the value to our body of each of these vegetarian food groups: fruits, nuts, vegetables and cereal.
But the bulk of the book is spent on two chapters: The first is an alphabet
