This is a lovely story. Dick Cross succeeds in simplifying traditional jargon filled business concepts, starting with customer needs(imagine that) and introduces an easy to understand "Back of the Envelope/Vision-Strategy-Execution" framework that anyone in a business leadership position will find highly useful. I ordered this book with the clear expectation that it would come shrinkwrapped with the access code, but instead i had to call and talk to a representative who told me that i was not what was claimed. As for Barbary Shore? At best a sophomore slump. Her personal story and her determination to heal are inspiring. However, the topic of introverts and extroverts and how they can overcome their differences to achieve stellar results captured my interest.
