It's Christmasall through this book. At a minimum, access to the ASHRAE handbooks, IES lighting publications, and good books on HVAC control theory and electrical power quality issues will be needed. His rule number one is stay the heck away from other people. This book did not come with an audio cd. You might be reading a chapter with a ridiculous plot element and all of a sudden stumble upon a line that stops you cold with its depth and singular power. Everyone has had a broken heart. John and Carol Barrowman have come up with a brilliant backstory for Malcolm, exploring who he was before he became the dark archer. Part IV is where it all comes together with four chapters that cover issues that will be encountered when integrating knowledge and strategy.
Chapters that I thought were particularly valuable or on the mark include: Knowledge and Competence as Strategic Assets (Chapter 9), Strategic Analysis of Intangible Resources (Chapter 10), and Leveraging Intellect (Chapter 15).
