The author presents the complete picture that a lender/ investor needs to be aware of. Great book, every child should have it.. One thing I only like is that some of the footnotes are totally pointless - they are there just for the sake of being funny?? Maybe Ric can consider 2 labelling of footnotes - one is useful and the other is only joke..
