The theory is simple and well explained and it can be easily adopted without special foods and fuss. It was very informative. I learned a long time ago that while some of my problems had my mother's name on them the solutions have my name on them. While I agree that some of the main dish recipes call for items that shouldn't be in a diet of a wheat or dairy allergic person, I have really enjoyed the cookie and bread recipes that use many alternative grains such as quinoa, barley, amaranth and rye. Excellent book, good companion to his video series. There is nothing else to say about it.
