Learning that nuts are a problem for the same reason was news, and I'd been eating them daily. Truly a great book!. Eseentially it was a story about God's forgiveness and people having their ideas, beliefs altered, for the better, when we least expect them. This should be on anyone's reading list who wants to know about the class warfare now being waged against common Americans by the likes of the Koch brothers and others.
The passage regarding Lewis Powell was particularly chilling:
"In 1971, Lewis F Powell, jr. Excellent Book! Very easy read but packed with solid information and anecdotal evidence. Those types of descriptions don't usually bother me, but this one seemed to be worse than most. If you're an enthusiastic reader, you can really bring out the rhythms and sounds of jazz in a way that engages your little audience.
I'm always looking for books (and other ways) to pass the spirit of jazz along to my kids. Love this play, and love this author!
