“I’m crazy about Bond Girl. Erin Duffy is a fresh, funny, and fabulous new voice.”
—Adriana Trigiani, author of Brava, Valentine
The Devil Wears Prada meets Wall Street in Bond Girl—a hilarious, fast–paced race through the jungle of high finance in four–inch heels. An author who spent ten years working on Wall Street, Erin Duffy has parlayed her stock market savvy into a fresh, hip, funny, and sexy novel about a bright, young, newly minted B-school graduate’s rise at one of the Street’s most prestigious brokerage firms—only to confront the possible destruction of her dreams in the infamous 2008 financial bust. Bond Girl is a blue chip hoot for anyone who loves smart and fun contemporary woman’s fiction.
Editorial : From Booklist After a childhood introduction to the fast-paced world of Wall Street, sweetly naive Alex has landed a position at one of the finance industry’s most prestigious firms. Filled with too-good-to-be-true anecdotes and enough of a biting, cynical bent to offset the chick-lit romance angle, Bond Girl is a f

It is not against the law to speak of or practice faith in the supernatural, and the pair do manage to find the contact they seeknot without some very tense encounters with blue-suited men who seem to be REC agents, and a really cool car chase through Paris!
I do not like to reveal too ma n y specifics of plot and character in my reviews. Everyone supporting CDE should have a copy.. I would highly recommend it along with most books written by Paul Brunton.. Maritain felt this Christian image rooted in St. (folk, country, Hawaiian, western swing), and a great repertoire of songs familiar and obscure. I think earth, if chosen instead of Heaven, will turn out to have been, all along, only a regi
