The author does a great job with so many interesting details, so many good bits of storytelling and delves into the lives of the people he meets on the way. Then I thought I had it figured out and it seemed the first thought was correct but it was not. The book is an introduction as well to The Wisdom of the Overself, the second volume in this series about a recondite doctrine little known in Asia and completely unknown in the West. This part first gives you the benefits of crock pot cooking and a little information of the history of slow cooking the book then gives you yips and information on slow cooking. I purchased a copy of Mark Berry's, Physical Training Simplified and Alan Calvert's Super Strength reissued by Create Space Independent Publishing Platform last summer. Vacuum tubes as an example.
