Mr. My disappointment is that this book despite being inspired by Alan Turing's vision, in fact, has only one chapter dedicated to him. The book felt more like a research paper than a book intended for the general audience. Mailer brought these characters to life, particularly with his wonderful descriptions. However, coming from an actual participant, who was fully aware of his own government's indirect complicity in causing the demise of the Spanish Second Republic, it is worth reading.
I was touched by a poem written by Rubin following the death of a comrade at arms, who he was unable to save in the medic tent. I enjoyed this book, and would recommend it to others who are fascinated by the Supreme Court and those who have served on it. By default, and in view too of his already very considerable international reputation, the content was therefore attributed exclusively to von Neumann, an impression he made no attempt thereafter to correct, the term 'Von Neumann Architectu
